Appointment information
We offer both initial assessment and follow-up sessions for physiotherapy and soft tissue therapy.
Initial assessment
All new patients are required to book a 60-minute initial appointment, whether attending for physiotherapy or soft tissue therapy.
This allows sufficient time to:
-
Discuss your symptoms and goals
-
Review your medical history
-
Understand your training and activity levels
-
Complete a detailed assessment
-
Begin treatment during the same appointment
-
Develop a personalised management plan
Follow up sessions
Follow-up appointments are typically 30–45 minutes in duration.
During these sessions we will:
-
Review your progress
-
Continue hands-on treatment where appropriate
-
Progress your rehabilitation programme
-
Modify your treatment plan as required
For more complex cases involving multiple areas of the body, a 60-minute follow-up appointment may be recommended to allow adequate assessment and treatment time.
